In case, you are unable to travel or willing to cancel the trip, you can transfer the trip to any of your friends/known persons. Please note that this feature is applicable only when the status of the Booking is “Paid” and there are at least 5 days remaining before the departure date (departure date minus 5). The Refund of the amount will be processed as per deduction guidelines outlined below:
* If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 10% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees or get the full amount of the RoamingIndian trek voucher, which can be used later to book another trek.
* If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 40% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
